SRTranslations Refund Policy

All purchases of Credits are considered digital goods. Once Credits are purchased and delivered, they cannot be refunded.

Refunds may be issued ONLY in these cases:

Credits were not delivered due to a technical error
Duplicate payments or accidental double purchases

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page or Discord server.

Credits used to unlock chapters are not refundable.
